Mudd's Grove, Home of the Kirkwood Historical Society is available for private parties and special events. Rental fee for the house is $300.
Events inside Mudd's Grove are limited to a maximum of 75 guests. For events over 75 guests, the grounds can accommodate up to 200 guests. The rental fee for Outside events is $500.
All Events must use an approved caterer from the following list:

Caterers can handle all food drinks, tent rental etc. and ONLY CATERERS may serve alcohol.
